All products are handmade and made to order.
Due to the handcrafted process, slight variations in color, print, or finish may occur. These are inherent characteristics and shall not be considered defects or grounds for return, refund, or dispute.
Orders & Payments
- Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment
- Once placed, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances
- The customer is responsible for providing accurate order and contact details
Pricing & Availability
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice
- Product availability is dependent on fabric and production capacity
- In rare cases of unavailability, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund
Shipping & Dispatch
- Orders are dispatched within 10–12 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays)
- Dispatch timelines may vary depending on order volume, fabric availability, and production constraints
- Certain products may require additional time due to their handcrafted nature
Delivery
- Delivery timelines (3–5 working days post dispatch) are estimated and may vary
- We are not liable for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, or unforeseen circumstances
Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
- We maintain a strict no return and no refund policy

Size exchange is allowed only, subject to:
- Request raised via Instagram DM or email
- Product being unused and in original condition
- A ₹150 reverse pickup charge, payable by the customer
- We reserve the right to decline exchanges if the product does not meet our return conditions
Order Acceptance
By placing an order, you:
- Confirm that you have read all product details, size charts, and policies
- Agree to all timelines, processes, and conditions mentioned on the website
- Accept that no disputes or chargebacks will be initiated for reasons covered under these terms
Liability Limitation
We shall not be held liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Delays beyond our control
- Minor variations due to the handmade nature of the product
